Vorige Tage erreichte mich eine recht unflätige Email, mit der ich erpresst werden sollte, eine höhere Summe mit anonymen Bitcoins zu zahlen.
Das Verblüffende daran war, dass ich mir diese Nachricht offensichlich als Administrator meines EmailFaches selber gesendet hätte - siehe oben: admin ...
Der Hacker wollte damit glaubhaft machen, dass er wirklich auf meinem EmailFach rummachen könnte. Solch einen Namen (admin) habe ich gar nicht, und es wurde auch kein solcher angelegt. Und auf die Emails und den PC kommt sowieso keiner.
Nun, das kann bei jedem Postfach so gehandhabt werden: Der sichtbare Name kann jederzeit unabhängig von der realen EmailAdresse angegeben werden - und wird dann auch so beim Empfänger angezeigt.
Bei den meisten EmailProgrammen kann die reale Adresse aber mit einem einfachen Rechtsklick darauf sichtbar gemacht werden. Hier stammte sie von einem kostenfreien gmail-Konto. Nun, ungeschoren kam der Unhold doch nicht davon; er wurde sofort für immer vom Internet ausgeperrt, um nicht noch weiteren Unfug anzustellen. Das heißt aber nicht, daß diese Masche nicht wieder versucht wird. Deshalb diese Mitteilung als Vorbeugung.
Kurzfassung: Ein Hacker hätte mein System geknackt, und man hätte mich an meinem PC beobachtet wie ich ungehörige Manipulationen an mir selbst vorgenommen hätte. Und welche Vorlagen ich dabei gesehen hätte. Und das wäre alles mitgefilmt worden. Diese Videos würden meinen Bekannten & Co vorgespielt werden, wenn ich nicht schnell mit Bitcons zahlen würde. Jeder Versuch, das zu verhindern würde zum sofortigen Versenden führen.
Die uralte Masche ist mir seit etwa 30 Jahren bekannt. Sie ist aber Unfug.
Einem Neuling könnte aber mit dieser derben Nachricht ein gehöriger Schrecken ins Glied fahren.
